Refill Request Authorization

If, for whatever reason, your prescription cannot be refilled, our pharmacy staff will call or fax your physician to request a new prescription. Most doctors’ offices take one or two business days for all requests. If a patient is out of medication, our pharmacist may loan a patient enough medication until their doctor approves another refill. Of course, we strive to ensure that you get the refills you need on time.
